Niharika Ranawat
A Rising Star of Shiksha Sarathi
Motivational Story

Niharika Ranawat, a 13-year-old student from Aachoda village in Chittorgarh, has been actively associated with the Shiksha Sarathi Program for the past three years. With her father working in the private sector and her mother actively involved in the local CBO, Niharika comes from a family that strongly values education and community participation. Her parents regularly attend PTMs and consistently support her academic journey.
Niharika has demonstrated outstanding academic consistency – performing excellently in Class 7 and going on to top her school in Class 8. Regular family counselling, extra academic support, and continuous follow-ups by the PECSS team have significantly strengthened her confidence and performance. During a project visit, she confidently presented a solar model she had developed, earning appreciation from project leaders Anandam Sir and Pradeep Sir. Recognizing her talent and potential, she was encouraged to take admission in BSK School and was awarded ₹500 as a token of motivation.
Niharika’s journey reflects how parental involvement, community engagement, and sustained mentoring under the Shiksha Sarathi Program can unlock a child’s true potential. Today, she stands as a role model for her peers and an inspiration for younger students like her brother Rajveer.
