Chanda Regar (20) from Achoda village had to discontinue her education due to early marriage and family responsibilities. Belonging to a six-member family dependent on her father’s daily wage income, continuing her studies once seemed impossible.

Through continuous counselling and regular follow-ups by the PECSS team under the Ankuran (Mother & Child Care) theme of the BCL CSR Program in Chittorgarh, Chanda re-enrolled in education. She appeared for her 10th examination through open schooling in 2022, successfully completed her 12th grade, and is now pursuing regular college at Government Girls College.

Her journey proves that education has no age limit – only determination and the right support system matter. Today, Chanda stands as an inspiration for many adolescent girls in her community.
