Gunjan Gupta, a married homemaker from a modest slum background, aspired to become financially independent and support her family. Determined to build a better future, she enrolled in a 3-month EV Technical Training Program, stepping into a non-traditional, male-dominated field. During the training, she gained hands-on skills in EV battery systems, wiring, diagnostics, charger repair, multimeter use, and routine maintenance. Balancing household responsibilities with technical learning was challenging, but with strong family support and unwavering determination, Gunjan persevered.
After completing the course, she secured a position at Komaki Electric and now works confidently as an EV Technician, handling battery testing, minor electrical repairs, and customer support.
