Women in Non-Traditional Trades
Breaking stereotypes, PECSS runs a Solar Installation & Maintenance program for girls in Bhopal, preparing young women to enter the renewable energy workforce.
Women are also being trained in:
- EV repair and maintenance
- Electrical trades
- Driving and technical services

Entrepreneurship & Life Skills Integration
